A slim, hinged bangle, modeled in 14k yellow gold, by the beloved Finnish goldsmith Björn Weckström. This oval bangle bracelet is decorated, all-round, with a delicately textured panel— the texture is organic, bark-like, and satiny, with fine lines and surprising depth. This vintage modernist bangle opens and closes with a hand-fabricated, push-tab clasp. The original safety chain is present. This particular design is rarely offered, and the bangle is beautifully made. It wears effortlessly, alone or with other bracelets.  This is fully hallmarked— the year of manufacture is 1971.
