The Aquis Date Relief was created with Ernst Bromeis, an extreme swimmer who swam the length of the Rhine. This piece was created to raise awareness of the importance of water. The color way was inspired by the feel of water. The grey dial resembles the color of a stormy sea while the diving scale numerals in relief are a reminder of the texture of water.
